Instant Pot chana dal
I accidentally dumped in a lot more fenugreek than I intended to when I was improvising dal one night and it was really good. Sauteeing the greens with the tadka works well to wilt them while waiting for the dal to cook.
I rarely use my Instant Pot but I love it for this dish.
