Nasi goreng from our vegetarian Balinese cooking class with @canangsarihomestaybali via @airbnbexperiences. It was really great! Zoom cooking classes are hard (and you have to do all your own dishes which sucks 😅) but there are a bunch online right now for <$30/computer. Look for ones with clear instructions of what to prep ahead of time.
