This is a strawberry rhubarb pie I made like 6 months ago in peak rhubarb season. Somehow my pie dough has gotten WORSE in that time - lots of leaking butter and tough crusts recently. Guess I’ll just have to bake more pie to figure it out. 🤷🏻‍♀️🥧
